When I worked at the American Cancer Society, I proposed the enterprise move from LotusNotes to the more versatile, easier-to-use, and cost-effective Wiki to house its hundreds of policies and procedures.

As part of an assignment for one of my Technical Communication Certification courses, I wrote a grant proposal for Central Texas Feline Rescue. This group tends to feral cat colonies.
Internal Procedure Guide
When I worked for the American Cancer Society's internal Information Team, I wrote a guide instructing employees on the use of Lotus Notes. The Cancer Society housed all its policies and procedures in Lotus Notes, many of which I authored, maintained, and edited. This guide, authored in FrameMaker, showed employees how to use the database.
